I think the name says it all - Yes! Great experience with Thomas. He was very responsive, reliable and more importantly no hard-sell or up-sell. Plus, he's a perfectionist to boot when it comes to the install of the shades. The fact that his father was on his team - well, it doesn't get more local and family owned than that kind of a business. We had about 100 feet of windows (A LOT of windows) done by Thomas for our office, and from measurements to install, it was as smooth an experience as could be. We have used Yes Men Blinds for our interior window coverings (Zebra Shades) and had them install solar screens on all of our windows.
