Retractable Screens for Large Sliding Glass Doors & Bi-Folds
You bought your home for the view, not the bugs. Traditional sliding screen doors are clunky, block your sightline, and often fall off the tracks. Our Retractable Screen Systems are designed for the massive "walls of glass" found in modern Las Vegas homes. They slide out when you want fresh air and disappear completely when you don't.
How do you screen a 20-foot sliding door?
For extra-wide openings like multi-slide or bi-fold doors, we install a Double Retractable Screen System. Two discreet housings are mounted on the left and right sides of the door frame. The screens pull out and meet in the middle, held together by a strong magnetic strip. This allows us to cover openings up to 24 feet wide without any permanent posts blocking your view.
Retractable vs. Standard Sliding Screens
| Feature | Retractable System (Our Solution) | Standard Builder Screen |
|---|---|---|
| Visibility | Invisible when open (Hidden housing) | Always blocks view (Mesh + Frame) |
| Max Width | Up to 24 Feet (Double Unit) | Limited to single door width |
| Durability | Protected inside housing | Exposed to sun/pets 24/7 |
| Aesthetics | Sleek & Modern | Clunky & Dated |
Manual or Motorized?
We offer two ways to control your large format screens:
- Manual Series: A smooth-glide system with a "braking" technology that prevents the screen from slamming back into the housing.
- Motorized Series: For the ultimate luxury, control your screens with a remote or wall switch. Perfect for connecting your indoor and outdoor living spaces seamlessly.
