We handle the technical details—from structural backing to electrical rough-in—so you don't have to hire a separate contractor.
We scan your patio ceiling for structural backing (wood/concrete) to ensure it can hold the weight of a 20ft shade. We also map out the electrical path for the electrician to run power before we install.
Your unit is built to the exact millimeter. We weld the "Zipper" directly onto your chosen fabric (Textilene® or Merlin) and assemble the wind-rated housing in the factory.
Our crew mounts the system, levels the tracks, and programs the "Upper" and "Lower" limits on your Somfy remote. We finally test the Wind Sensor simulation to guarantee safety.
